Winter Holiday Program
Holiday fun and cheer!
Every year, San Carlos and Belmont Schools take a Holiday vacation between the middle of December and New Years. Recognizing that school and work schedules don’t always align, we created a full-day Winter Holiday Program filled with activities based on a specific theme. Children are given the option to participate in structured activities—but as always, they have the option to choose the activities they want to engage in.
Winter Week 1 : Winter Wonderland
Join us for a week full of winter wonderland themed fun, games, and creativity! Kids will explore hands-on STEAM activities like Sink or Float, build winter castles, and get moving with Pool Noodle Hockey and Snowball Dodgeball. Each day brings new excitement like cookie decorating, dance parties, snowball fights, and even making your very own snow! From cozy crafts like decorating cocoa mugs to friendly team challenges, every child will have a blast while learning, playing, and creating winter memories.

Closed Wednesday December 24th -Friday December 26th for Winter Holiday!
Winter Week 2: Whimsical Winter
Welcome everyone to “Whimsical Winter”. Here we will celebrate all the things that make winter so much fun! We’ll tickle our taste buds with “hot chocolate cookies”, get our bodies moving with an indoor snowball fight and enjoy crafting some beaded icicles to make our homes sparkle. Walking on a “nature scavenger hunt” and experimenting with “clouds in a jar” STEAM are sure to get your imaginations floating! Please join us for a week of cozy fun!
Week 2 – Monday, December 29th, Tuesday December 30th and Friday, January 2nd, 2026 | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Closed Wednesday December 31st and Thursday January 1st For New Year’s Day!
Lunch Bunch
Winter Break we will provide Lunch Bunch daily. Lunch Bunch is included in your enrollment price. Please pack a morning snack and water bottle daily.
Enrollment Options
Weeks 1 & 2 of the Winter Holiday Program has a 1, 2, and 3-day enrollment options. You may register for either one or both weeks.
Please note that for Winter Holiday Programs:
All Day Camp- Friday, December 19th, 2025 is at the Arundel and Heather sites only.
Week 1 (December 22nd, 23rd and 26th) is at the Arundel and Heather sites only.
Week 2 (December 29th, 30th and January 2nd) is at the Arundel and Heather sites only.
Please select the location you want to attend when registering.
Current Participants
Families currently enrolled in the After School program can register by logging into our parent portal and clicking “Registration.”
The cost for current afternoon After School participants is $50 per day. Please note if your child(ren) are currently enrolled in the Breakfast Club or extended care only you will be charged the non-participant rate.
