Holiday fun for everyone, every season.

All of our Holiday Programs are unique, and offer children an opportunity to explore a variety of theme inspired activities. Our Holiday Programs are open to all age appropriate children, whether they attend After School’s year round-programs or not. Registration at a prorated fee is open to afternoon After School participants. The Holiday Programs are also open to children who have graduated out of our Afternoon Program but are still age appropriate. Lunch, or what we call Lunch Bunch, is offered at each of our Holiday Programs daily. Lunch Bunch is included in the program’s enrollment price.

Lunch Bunch

Winter Holiday Program

Holiday fun and cheer!

Every year, San Carlos and Belmont Schools take a Holiday vacation between the middle of December and New Years. Recognizing that school and work schedules don’t always align, we created a full-day Winter Holiday Program filled with activities based on a specific theme. Children are given the option to participate in structured activities—but as always, they have the option to choose the activities they want to engage in.

Winter Week 1 : Winter Wonderland

Come join us at our Winter Wonderland Week! This week we’ll be making Mini Snowmen, Ice Cookies, Decorating Our own Cocoa Mugs, and even learn how to make Snow! You’ll all be able to participate in our fun winter themed games! Such as Pass the Present, Snowball fight, and Paper Plate Ice Skating. So come start this Winter Holiday break with some Winter Wonder-fun!

All Day Camp Friday, December 20th, 2024| 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Week 1- Monday December 23rd and Friday December 27th, 2024 | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Closed Tuesday December 24th -Thursday December 26th for Winter Holiday!

Winter Week 2: The Glitter Gala

Join us at the Glitter Gala! Meet us in the kitchen and Decorate Shimmer Cookies. Come over to the art area and make a Glitter Bug and Pom Pom Popper. Join us outside to play Capture the Glitter Ball and Glitter Ball Volleyball. The music will be playing at our New Year’s Dance Party!

Week 2 – Monday, December 30th, Thursday January 2nd and Friday, January 3rd, 2025 | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Closed Tuesday December 31st and Wednesday January 1st For New Year’s Day!

Enrollment Options

Weeks 1 & 2 of the Winter Holiday Program has a 1, 2, and 3-day enrollment options. You may register for either one or both weeks.

Please note that for Winter Holiday Programs:

All Day Camp- Friday, December 20th, 2024 is at the Arundel and Heather sites only.

Week 1 (December 23rd and December 27th) is at the Arundel and Heather sites only.

Week 2 (December 30th and January 2nd-3rd) is at the Arundel and Heather sites only.

Current Participants

Families currently enrolled in the After School program can register by logging into our parent portal and clicking “Registration.”

The cost for current afternoon After School participants is $50 per day. Please note if your child(ren) are currently enrolled in the Breakfast Club or extended care only you will be charged the non-participant rate.

Presidents’ Week Program

Mid-Winter Break Week

Tuesday, February 18th- Friday February 21st, 2025| 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Around mid-February each year, San Carlos and Belmont schools take a vacation week corresponding to Presidents’ Day. During that week, we offer a Presidents’ Week Program that, like all of our other programs, is filled with fun, theme-inspired activities.

Lunch Bunch

Lunch Bunch will be provided daily during the Presidents’ Week Program. Please have your child bring a daily morning snack and water bottle. Lunch Bunch is included in your enrollment price.
